Operation Consultant

Mideast Travel is hiring in the Incoming department.


Main responsibilities:

  • Handling & managing FIT requests.
  • Track clients’ preferences and focus on increasing sales.
  • Managing clients’ complaints.
  • Ensure the out-most cost-effective policy concerning pricing, fees or any other kind of payments and surcharges.
  • Knowledge of Forth CRS & Liknos ferry ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of Travel Force



  • Experience in Inbound tourism.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
