Operation Consultant
Mideast Travel is hiring in the Incoming department.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling & managing FIT requests.
- Track clients’ preferences and focus on increasing sales.
- Managing clients’ complaints.
- Ensure the out-most cost-effective policy concerning pricing, fees or any other kind of payments and surcharges.
- Knowledge of Forth CRS & Liknos ferry ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Travel Force
Profile:
- Experience in Inbound tourism.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
