The company was honored by the presence of Jordanian, Saudi, Libyan, and Tunisian ambassadors, representatives of the tourist and business field, and celebrities.<\/p>\n<p>The former Minister of Tourism, Elena Kountoura, as well as representatives of the Greek Tourism Organization, honored the company with their presence<\/p>\n<p>The new advertising campaign <strong>\u201cMeet the Heroes\u201d<\/strong> adopts a fresh and innovative approach and reflects Mideast Travel\u2019s pillars of activity through <strong>seven different \u201cheroes\u201d-mascots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following the superheroes concept, Mideast mascots represent creatively the dedication and sincere interest of the company in serving the needs of its clients. From <strong>corporate travel<\/strong>, <strong>leisure, destination management, <\/strong>and<strong> luxury tourism services<\/strong>, to the organization of <strong>MICE<\/strong>, <strong>transport services<\/strong> with a luxurious fleet, and an <strong>online booking system<\/strong> for partners and travel agents, Mideast &#8211; through the narrative of its heroes &#8211; stays always on the side of its clients and aims to exceed their expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The names of the Mideast heroes-mascots are inspired by ancient Greek history and mythology, giving emphasis to the services they represent. More specifically, Mascot <strong>Iris<\/strong>, the <strong>Travel Advisor for Corporate and Leisure Tourism<\/strong>, is inspired by the deity that represents the rainbow, the sea, and the sky. <strong>&#8220;Odysseus&#8221;<\/strong>, a representative of Mideast&#8217;s award-winning <strong>Destination Management department<\/strong>, is inspired by the legendary Greek hero known for his travels and leadership skills. Similarly, \u201c<strong>Nike\u201d<\/strong>, the deity of speed, power, and victory, is the ideal representative of the <strong>MICE department<\/strong>. Inspired by the deity of harmony, <strong>&#8220;Harmonia&#8221;<\/strong> represents the <strong>Concierge services of Mideast<\/strong>, while <strong>&#8220;Erato&#8221;<\/strong>, borrowing its name from the muse of the <strong>poetry of love<\/strong>, is the ideal hero to organize weddings and events. Finally, Mideast&#8217;s best driver could only be represented by <strong>&#8220;Hermes&#8221;<\/strong>, who symbolizes rapid transfer anywhere at any time, while &#8220;<strong>Heracles<\/strong>&#8220;, known as the strongest man on earth, represents <strong>The Booking Expert<\/strong>, the ultimate online B2B booking system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Katerina Mousbeh<\/strong>, <strong>Managing Director of Mideast Travel<\/strong> said: \u00abSince 1983 and for over 35 years, Mideast Travel\u2019s \u201cjourney has been long, yet full of adventure, full of knowledge\u201d.
